Dr. Allison Jackson, president of AJA is serving as the decision analyst to Building Engineering & Science Talent for the U.S. Department of Defense's Strategic Diversity Campaign.  The purpose is to increase the number of women and underrepresented groups in STEM careers by mentoring, coaching and engaging them using best practice tools and measuring performance.  The 2015-16 project will pilot approaches that can applied to programs for over 400,000 military and civilian personnel.
